DISA India Limited is proudly owned, in majority (74.82%), by Denmark-based DISA Holding A/S, making us an integral part of the Norican Group. The remaining shares are publicly owned and listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. In addition to our core operations, we also oversee Bhadra Castalloy (BCPL), an alloy steel foundry situated in Bhadravati, which is an essential component of the Castalloy Group.
