DISA India Board approves the reappointment of Lokesh Saxena as Managing Director
DISA India Limited on Wednesday, 03 June 2020 said its Board have approved the reappointment of Lokesh Saxena as Managing Director (MD) of the company. “Mr. Lokesh Saxena, the current Managing Director of the Company was re-appointed as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of three years with effect from June 21 , 2020 subject to approval by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.” The company said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange.
